Wilhelm von Humboldt was a 18th-century Russian prussian philosopher. Friedrich Wilhelm Christian Karl Ferdinand von Humboldt was a Prussian philosopher, linguist, government functionary, diplomat, and founder of the Humboldt University of Berlin.
